WALTER GmbH creates e‑invoices either in XRechnung or ZUGFeRD format. Request the changeover using the form on this page. Please state the email address to which we should send your invoices in future, for example the address of your central electronic invoice inbox.

Background

Since January 2025, companies in Germany must be able to receive and process electronic invoices. E‑invoices are structured XML formats such as XRechnung (the German standard for the public sector) and ZUGFeRD (a hybrid format for commercial use).

PDF files do not count as e‑invoices under the law.
